Dr Prisna

B.A., DVM

Prisna brings a global perspective and a lifelong love of animals to her work. Originally from Nepal, her path to veterinary medicine took a scenic route, including a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature in the U.S., followed by veterinary training in the Philippines and completion of the AVMA’s ECFVG program for U.S. licensure. Now based in Auckland, she enjoys combining her veterinary skills with her appreciation for nature and local history. Outside of work, Prisna enjoys time with her partner, his daughter, and her sisters, and loves hiking the Waitākere Ranges or biking the Hauraki Rail Trail.
